WeaveIn is another documentary series in development by URCuBes Network.
WeaveIn is the pilot for a documentary series where sustainability enthusiasts, Mohua and Anitha, Indian transplants settled in the US, go back to follow an indigenous tribe -‐ The Lambadas, and their transitioning state into semi-‐rural/ urban mode. The filmmakers try to explore the tribe’s sustainability practices by observing their physical environment, community and consumption styles. During the time spent with lambadas, the filmmakers discover one aspect of this tribe’s lifestyle that can easily be applied to modern day living and incorporate one such cooking practice in their Atlanta kitchen.
